Reopening of Council Offices
We will be reopening our Urban Road, Kirkby office on an appointment based system from Monday 10th August. This is to limit the numbers of customers at one time to comply with covid-safe requirements.
Brook Street, Sutton will reopen WC Monday 17th August once covid safe measures are in place.
Watnall Road, Hucknall will reopen once covid safe measures are in place.
Appointments will be available to residents where the issue cannot be resolved over the phone or online.
Residents should call the relevant department directly who will advise if an appointment is necessary. Wherever possible, telephone or email enquiries and posting of required information through the post boxes on the outside of offices or through the postal system are encouraged.

Guidance on what to expect and what to do when visiting the office will discussed when booking.
All visitors will be required to wear a face covering, unless exempt from doing so.
Social distancing measures will be in place, including signage and screens, to protect visitors and staff.
Residents without a pre-arranged appointment will not be able to access the Offices
When attending appointments please come alone wherever possible.
