Due to ongoing maintenance with our telephone lines our Emergency Repairs Telephone lines are currently unavailable. If you need to report a repair, please contact us on the Council’s main number – 01623 450000 – and press option 1 for Housing Repairs.

We are continuing to work on our Repairs Lines and hope to resolve the issue shortly.

Lifeline/Supported Housing - Lifeline service users will not be affected.
