1. Summary
This report sets out a summary of the complaints received by Ashfield District Council in relation to the delivery of its housing services that fall within the jurisdiction of the Housing Ombudsman Service during 2023-2024. These are broken down and analysed by stage, service, complainant’s ethnicity, compensation award and type. Customer feedback is also set out alongside the learning from complaints, along with any changes we have made to services following complaints received during 2023-2024.
