Our Housing performance report provides you with the most recent performance information for key areas of the social housing services we provide to our tenants and leaseholders.
The report automatically updates monthly, so that our customers can see how we are performing, in line with our internal performance reporting.
Report trend key:
There are 3 trend levels in the report:
getting better (arrow pointing up)
getting worse (arrow pointing down)
staying the same (a dash)
As the information is linked directly to our performance management software, to ensure it is kept up to date, the format we can display this in on our website is limited.
