Ashfield District Council Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places Order 2023

On 23 October 2023 Ashfield District Council made the above order (“the Order”) covering the off-street parking places contained within the Order. The Schedule of Parking Places is included in the appendix to the Notice of Making and forms an integral part of the Notice of Making.

The Order will come into effect on 18 December 2023 (or as soon as possible thereafter).

The effect of the Order is the same as that published in the Notice of Proposal, with no amendments.

In order to give full publicity to the Order, the Notice of Making will be advertised in the Nottingham Post and site notices will be displayed at the relevant parking places. In addition, the Order itself and other documents relating to the making of the Order are available for inspection at the Council Offices and on the Council’s website, as detailed in the Notice of Making.
