How it works

We want to strengthen the voices of the people, businesses and communities in Ashfield. Every so often, we will send you a survey or host a focus group (online or in-person) to find out your opinion on a particular topic. We aim to be as flexible as possible with how we communicate.

When signing up, please indicate how you would like to be contacted and please share any topics you would like the Citizens’ Panel to focus on.

We want to hear what matters to you.

Once the survey or focus group has finished, your responses will be collected, and your personal details will remain confidential. The responses will be used by departments across the council to shape the future our Council services and the District.

As a member of the Citizens’ Panel, we are committed to updating you on how your opinion has been considered. We will follow-up with a summary of the changes made or the action taken.
