Technology and Innovation is the focus in special networking event.
The event, organised by Ashfield District Council was all about technology and how to best utilise technologies to support business growth and sustainability, and a case study on how the pandemic has help accelerate digital transformation.
The morning event featured three guest speakers, Shehzad Chaudhary from the Department for International Trade (DIT), Jacqueline Taylor from Sherwood Forest NHS Hospital Trust and Paul Humphreys, head of scale up services at the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce
The event is designed for business leaders to come together, share knowledge, contacts, and resources to help support business growth and sustainability moving into the future. The network is a great place to share experiences, gain contacts and learn new strategies for innovation whilst enjoying a light snack and warming drink in a friendly environment.

These events are a key part of this where businesses can not only hear from very knowledgeable speakers but also connect with each other to share experiences and boost local working”
“Our three guest speakers talked passionately about how technology can help businesses to grow and also gain access to new national and international customers.”
"I encourage all local businesses to connect with our business support pages and get in contact with our excellent business support team to see what help and support is on offer to help you and your business to thrive.”
