Hucknall Fest - this weekend

Ashfield District Council’s first ever Hucknall Fest is happening on Titchfield Park, this weekend (Saturday 6 July).

From 11am until 10pm on Saturday 6 July, Titchfield Park in Hucknall, will play host the park’s first ever mini music festival, being headlined by Europe’s number one tribute to Mumford and Sons: Chasing Mumford. The stage line up is as follows:  

11am – Danielle Grace Williams

12.25pm – Oliver Vaudrey

1pm - Taylor Swift

2pm – Rag n Bone Man

3pm – Amy Winehouse

4pm – ABBA

5pm – The Blues Brothers

6pm – Eurovision entry Lindsay Dracass

7pm – Ant Green

8pm – Blurz

9pm – Headliners Chasing Mumford

Elsewhere on the park, the dog show will open for registration from 1pm with the show starting at 1.30pm. Dog parents can enter their fur babies into categories such as:

  • Cutest puppy
  • Gorgeous golden oldie
  • Best rescue
  • Fabulous fella
  • Best dressed
  • Loveliest lady
  • Dog the judge would like to take home

Visitors will also be able to enjoy a mega funfair, inflatables, face painting, balloon modelling, meet and greats with Disney princess and Paw Patrol (weather permitting), and a bustling market village filled with local businesses and crafters.

There will also be ice cream vans, a bar, and a food court with a variety of different cuisines to make sure nobody goes home hungry. 

Ashfield District Council is also making car parking at Piggins Croft and Market Place car parks free for the day – not ticket required.

Hucknall will be treated to a second event on Sunday 18 August when the hugely popular Ashfield Food and Drink Festival returns to Hucknall High Street for the fifth event.
