Calling all garden enthusiasts – Ashfield Plant and Garden Fair is back
Spring is finally here and Ashfield Plant and Garden Fair is back to help residents get the garden looking Summer ready.
Ashfield District Council is once again hosting its popular fair on the Market North car park, Sutton, from 9am to 1pm on Sunday 18 May.
The town centre will be bustling with an eye-catching array of bedding plants, trees, shrubs, grasses, succulents, roses, cut flowers, alpines, perennials, seasonal wreaths, hanging baskets, pots, tubs, garden ornaments and garden equipment.
Cllr Jason Zadrozny, Leader of Ashfield District Council, said:
“There is nothing better than sitting in the garden and making the most of the nice weather while it lasts so you want it looking its best.
“The Ashfield Plant and Garden Fair is always a popular event and the perfect place to get everything you need to help get your garden ready to welcome family and friends for a Summer get together.
“This is just the start of the many brilliant events we will be hosting across Ashfield this Summer. Please keep an eye on our website and social media channels for details of what’s to come.”
This is just one of the many events Ashfield District Council will be hosting this year. Other events for the diary include the three-day Ashfield Show, Films in the Park, Hucknall Fest and the Ashfield Food and Drink Festival.
