Apply for permission
If planning permission is required for your proposal, you will need to complete the appropriate application form and provide the necessary documentation and fee. Applications must be made using the standard national application forms.

Apply online
We encourage you to submit your application online through the national Planning Portal where you can:
- create a site location plan
- add attachments
- calculate the fee
- and pay via a secure web link.
Alternatively the planning fee can be paid using our online payment system using a debit or credit card.

We strongly advise you to apply for planning permission online but if you can't then you can download the application form from the Planning Portal and send it by:
