Do I need planning permission?

Planning permission is asking if you're allowed to do a certain piece of building work.

It may be home improvements to create more space or improve energy efficiency. It may be a bigger project such as a self build. Or you may need permission for a commercial or residential project such as changing the use of a building. We can help you understand if you need planning permission.
