Ashfield District Council presents the first ever Ashfield Day at Sutton Lawn!
On Saturday 27 August, between 12pm and 8pm, Sutton Lawn will be full of fun, free activities for the whole family including:
- Two cinema screenings - Paddington at 1.30pm and Mrs Doubtfire at 5.30pm
- A dog show
- Skateboarding and scooter sessions
- Stalls
- Food and drink
- Free face painting
- Circus workshop, bubble workshop, and hool hoop mega structure
- Walkabout princesses
- Real donkeys from the Donkey Sanctuary
- Ashfield Arts Festival display
- Entertainment of the main stage including live music from solo artists, the 17th Century Show, poetry readings, and performances by Empire Music School
- Funfair rides
