D2N2 Growth Hub

The D2N2 Growth Hub is a vital support network for growing businesses across Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham, and Nottinghamshire. It’s part of a national initiative which consists of 38 Growth Hubs across the UK, one for each Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP). In Ashfield this partnership is called the D2N2 LEP and they oversee the D2N2 Growth Hub.

The main aim of the D2N2 Growth Hub is to help local businesses to succeed and grow. They do this by offering a wide variety of free, impartial business advice and guidance. They stay up to date with the latest news and initiatives across our region making them the single go-to place for small and medium-sized enterprises support.

The following support is provided:

One to one business advice

The D2N2 Growth Hub have a team of experienced business advisers working across the region. Your advisor will carry out a business diagnostic to explore the type of support you need. They will then help you to develop a detailed action plan allowing you to focus on your growth ambitions.

Business webinars

A range of online business webinars are delivered covering topics from finance to digital marketing. These webinars are typically 2 hours in duration and act as an informative taster to a subject. They are delivered by a team of specialist consultants who are experts in their field.

Signposting and advice

In addition to the above, the D2N2 Growth Hub have a team of dedicated front line business advisors. This team is able to provide support over the telephone by identifying the relevant business support for your business including finance options and signposting you there.
